Shipping

Shipping is included on all orders over $250 (Excluding GST)*. For any orders under $250 (Excluding GST), shipping will be charged to you at cost price (no added handling fees). We use StarTrack, TNT and Aramex for the majority of our shipping. We get excellent rates from these carriers and will always choose the most cost effective option for your shipment. Once any applicable shipping costs are calculated, they will be reflected on your invoice. Shipping costs are not displayed in the 'Cart' on the B2B portal.

It is important that your shipping address be available to receive deliveries during regular business hours, as some couriers will not allow us to specify delivery times when booking your shipment.

If you have failed to inform us of a change of delivery address, a change in business hours/closures, or if your specified address is unattended when the driver attempts to deliver, we may be charged a re-delivery fee, in which case we will have to pass that cost on to you. 

Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
