Q. How do I submit a warranty claim?

In order for us to process your warranty claim as quickly as possible, we require you to fill in our online warranty form. It is required for all warranty claims so that we can submit the issue back to the manufacturer. This form is to be filled in by you, the retailer and is not to be passed onto the consumer. Q. How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification. If you are not receiving these emails please contact us via support@coffeetools.supply so we can update the email addresses these are being sent to.

Q. Where is your warehouse based?

We are located in North Brisbane.

 

Q. Can I place a backorder for products that are out of stock?

Yes. To save disappointment we suggest you backorder any products you’d like that are out of stock. Please email us via orders@coffeetools.supply to enquire about placing backorders.*

*Please note that in some instances (eg. significant manufacture delays) backorders on certain products may not be an option.

 

Q. Coffee Tools Distributing does not approve any of our products being sold as loss leaders. What is loss leading?

The ACCC describes loss leading as: “That is, purchasing goods with the intention of selling the goods below their cost so that:

  • the company can promote their business
  • the company attracts customers who are likely to purchase other goods or services.”

Q. What are your minimum order quantities?

There are no minimum order quantities or minimum spend amounts.

 

Q. Who do you ship with?

Shipping is via the most cost effective carrier available to us. The carriers we use include: StarTrack, TNT, Aramex Australia (formerly Fastway Couriers), Australia Post.

 

Q. Do you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

No, Australia Post will not accept deliveries from TNT or Aramex.

 

Q. What is RRP?

This is the recommended retail price. It is a recommendation only.
